A quick call to understand your business, where things are currently at, and how we can support you. we’ll discuss your needs, answer your questions, and outline the next steps to get things moving.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. Appointments are required for all consultations and services. 2. Bookings can be made online, via email, or by phone. 3. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is secured. 4. Please ensure all requested information is provided to help us prepare for your session. Cancellation Policy 1. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee. 3. No-shows without notice may be charged the full service fee. 4. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Waitlist Policy 1. If your preferred time is unavailable, you may request to join our waitlist. 2. We will contact you if a spot opens up, prioritised by request time. 3. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment, but we do our best to accommodate everyone as soon as possible.
